To ensure availability and to secure your preferred date and time, it is strongly recommended to make a reservation in advance for the Day Spa Experience of your choice. You can do so by contacting us here.
A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment or day spa experience not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. There is a 50% charge for rearranging the treatment or experience inside of 24 hours. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.
Absolutely. Day Spa Experiences make wonderful gifts for loved ones. Gift vouchers for our experiences are available for purchase online or through contacting our ESPA Life team. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
You will be provided with a luxurious spa robe, slippers and towels. Please also bring swimwear and/or activewear if you plan to use our pools, gym and other facilities.
We advise arriving between 15-30 minutes before your reservation to ensure you have time to complete our spa questionnaire, change into spa attire (if required) and relax before your treatment begins.
Please contact our spa team with your estimated time of arrival as soon as possible. They may be able to accommodate you, however it will likely result in shortened treatment time.
