Saviana joined ESPA Life at Corinthia eight years ago as a Therapist, later developing into the roles of Head Therapist and Treatments Manager. As Spa Manager, Saviana oversees the wider aspects of the business, working closely with our teams and leading brand partners to create spa experiences that extend beyond the treatment rooms and spa facilities, empowering our guests to build resilience in their ever-changing lives.

When Kirsty moved to London and joined ESPA Life at Corinthia in 2018, she knew this was where she wanted to grow in her career. As Spa Operations Manager, no day is the same and this is what she enjoys most. Kirsty has nurtured and blended team members, building both her experience and knowledge and theirs, to create a winning team and ensure excellent service is delivered at all times. Kirsty’s top priority is ensuring guests receive an uplifting experience and are taken on a journey they will never forget.

James Mutkin is a qualified acupuncturist, holding a Bachelor of Medicine from Beijing University in addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. James is passionate about his profession and the clients he treats. He believes in continual development and furthering himself as a teacher and practitioner by bringing together traditional theory, clinical understanding and current research. James sees Chinese medicine as a holistic healthcare model which focuses on all aspects of the body, its structure and internal functioning, and the mind-body connections. The art of Chinese medicine is in its ability to bring together nutrition, acupuncture, herbal medicine, meditation and breathing (Qigong), exercise (Tai Chi), and massage (Tui Na). The practice of which is the art of health preservation and the essence of Chinese medicine. James also specialises in obstetrics and gynaecology, skin disorders, injuries and pain management, and has helped set up and run maternity and fertility support clinics within the NHS, as well as being involved in a number of both private and NHS pain clinics. James is on the Professional Conduct Committee for the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ATCM), the largest professional regulatory body for traditional Chinese medicine in the UK, and is a member of the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine (RCHM).

Steve Mellor founded Athletic Medical Performance (AMP) after working in 5* hotels, Harley Street Sports Medicine Clinics and Performance Sport. Having worked in the industry for 18 years, he spotted a gap in the market with gyms, from both an excellence perspective but also a service perspective.

As a professional Basketballer, Flash experienced Strength & Conditioning at the highest level which has helped him as a Coach on the gym floor to show our members how much they can achieve. Flash is also a qualified nutritionist and heads up everything nutrition. Whether that’s feeding strategies for an ultramarathon or a fat loss goal, Flash will develop a personalised plan to guarantee you achieve your goals.

Throughout Niall’s BSc and MSc, he spent time working within Football, writing and delivering programs to a wide range of athletes. His unrivalled passion for self-development has meant he has climbed the ranks at AMP to become a Senior Coach and is responsible for the whole gym operation. Niall is the Lead Coach at Corinthia London, delivering 5* sessions to members and guests.
